Here is the breakdown of votes in our TA Ratification: TA Election Results 9-20-2012.

The TA was ratified by a total vote of 236 YES to 11 NO.  The CCCCD Governing Board ratified the TA on September 12, 2012, pending the result of the UF election.  So the TA is ratified and goes into effect for 2012-13 retroactive to July 1, 2012.
