How to Submit a Variance Request
- Review the Guidelines – Ensure that your request aligns with the principles outlined by the UF Executive Board.
- Complete the Application – Fill out the UF Variance Request Application Form with all necessary details.
- Submit Your Request – Email the completed application to uf@uf4cd.org for review.
