Every year, the Sonoma Community College District All Faculty Association (an independent faculty union and member of CCCC, like United Faculty) publishes a survey of all 72 California Community College District salary schedules.  We often refer to this as the “Santa Rosa Data.”  The survey selects only a few spots on salary schedules, and does not take into account benefits or overload.  The first draft of their report (subject to corrections submitted by districts) is published here in a PDF: http://www.santarosa.edu/afa/Contract/Statewide_Study/2015study_data.pdf.
