Variance Request Guidelines

The United Faculty Executive Board has developed these guidelines to help members and departments understand the key principles guiding E-Board decisions on contract variances. Our goal is to ensure transparency and consistency while addressing unique circumstances that may require adjustments to standard contractual agreements.

How to Submit a Variance Request

  1. Review the Guidelines – Ensure that your request aligns with the principles outlined by the UF Executive Board.
  2. Complete the Application – Fill out the UF Variance Request Application Formwith all necessary details.
  3. Submit Your Request – Email the completed application to uf@uf4cd.org for review.
