New TLP Survey Results from LMC
These are the results of the new TLP Survey as of Thursday, September 24, at 9am. Having been asked by LMC Management to reconsider the TLP Coordinator position, the UF decided to ask LMC faculty again whether they preferred the UF to:
1) work out the details that would create a new full-time position mainly devoted to Teaching and Learning Programs (SLOs and Assessment);
2) reject the proposed new position because it does not involve the substantial faculty/student content that has always defined “faculty” in the contract and at LMC, or:
3) work out a compromise that would set a minimum level of student contact for the new position.
