Click here Professional Activities Report to download a PDF of the Professional Activities Report (PAR) form.  We have also attached a list of some of the activities in which faculty engage outside of the class, which may help you complete your PAR.  The PAR is a paragraph or page one must submit to one’s department chair prior to designating any daytime overload as “A/C.”  The PAR (Appendix P of the UF contract) is described in Article 7.12.1 of the UF Contract as follows:

7.12.1 Faculty who submit to their Department Chair a “Professional Activities Report” as found in Appendix P prior to a given semester may designate any overload assignment as A/C (regardless of time of day) during that semester.
